A valid view or qualifying engagement is defined as user activity that meets KREAITOR.com's internal quality standards, including behavioral signals indicative of genuine human interaction such as time on page, scroll behavior, interaction patterns, and device consistency.
20.2 Dynamic Validation Systems
KREAITOR.com uses adaptive fraud detection systems. Validation criteria may change at any time, are confidential, and may not be reverse engineered or bypassed.
20.3 Prohibited Monetization Behavior
Users may not artificially inflate engagement through bots, scripts, coordinated traffic, self-clicking, VPNs, proxies, or deceptive traffic sources.
20.4 Monitoring and Investigation
We reserve the right to monitor activity, analyze behavior, and investigate suspicious engagement. Users must cooperate with any investigation.
20.5 Earnings Adjustments and Withholding
We may recalculate earnings, exclude invalid traffic, delay payouts, or withhold payments pending review. Earnings are not final until approved by our monetization systems.
20.6 Forfeiture of Earnings
Earnings generated through violations may be forfeited, reversed, or recovered where permitted by law. Users waive claims to such earnings.
20.7 Account Suspension and Termination
Violations may result in suspension, termination, content removal, or legal action at our discretion.
